I'm not sure if I'm in the right place with this, or if you can help at all, but I'm searching for a song cover that was deleted from Youtube. The problem is that I have no idea who the author was.

• The song was an English cover on a shortened version of Kokoro, featuring Hatsune Miku: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=37dKWtQu14s
• The singer was female and had an almost angelic voice.
• The video was titled something along the lines of "Project DIVA - Heart - Short English Cover".

I can also recall its fan-translated lyrics, more or less:
