My computer is 'randomly' shutting down.

I tried checking Event Viewer or keeping HWInfo up to see Wattage, but I can't seem to find out what exactly is going on. If something happens, it's probably a spike that I haven't noticed. It has only happened while playing Slime Rancher 2 lately. League doesn't do it (expected. League is not very intensive), Nightingale doesn't do it (much more graphics intensive).

I need options to check. Something I can check or some way to properly log a pc crash. I've never had to log this, so I don't know how.

MOBO: GIGABYTE Z690 AORUS ELITE AX DDR4

GPU: Radeon RX 6900 XT

CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K
