How reliable is Starlink for VoIP right now?

I need a highly reliable connection for VoIP calls. I'm hoping to get some current feedback on a few quick points:

• Micro-drops: Do satellite handovers still cause 1-3 second audio cuts?

• Weather impact: How bad is jitter or call degradation during rain or snow?

• Backup connections: Is a secondary connection (like LTE) necessary to keep calls stable?
