Hardship program EW PL

Been trying to get a hardship program for EW since November. Last January I spoke to one of the personnel na panay text/call, and per her advise mag pay ng at least one month then ienroll daw ako sa program. Hanggang ngayon, wala. Di rin reaponsive sa email at di working yung lines left sa email.
