Looking for affordable dental care options (as a student)

Hello po, Im a working student first year college in cavite and am very interested in getting braces. Ive been saving up for a while and want to get a dental check-up and possibly some treatment done as my crooked teeth is one of my biggest insecurities.

Does anyone know:

• any affordable dental clinics or programs?
• Dental schools that offer lower-cost services?
• Membership plant or payment plans that make treatment cheaper?
