Aether newbie help?

I've just been asigned to Aether and am currently doing the onboarding, while there are detailed instructions for the projects, they don't explain the connection to Hubstaff and Mult*mango (apparently you can't write that) very well, what does "Login to mult*mango.com with your wfe000(at)outlier.ai email address" mean for example?
