First Wizards game tomorrow, what’s a good time to get to the arena?

Heading up from Virginia Beach for Trae’s first game, saw they’re doing the jersey giveaway too. For any of the locals/diehards how early should I get there for 7pm tip off if I wanna be one of the first 10,000 for the jersey?
