Is complete capitalism possible?

I made a deal with Clavin (although I plan to stab him in the back) and Ricter. I pay 4 Personal Wealth to The Assembly. I supported my wife when she spoke out at the event. I made a deal with Marcel and pretended to nationalize his company to use his favor. I refused Tusk's bribe money, but promised tax cuts. I cut taxes on both big and small businesses.

I still end up losing by ONE. FUCKING. VOTE.

Does cutting funding for everything except Law & Enforcement have anything to do with it? I doubt it, but I'm definitely going the peaceful route so the military is definitely losing money.
