Be careful who you give second chances to!!!

A guy came in for an interview with a patchy resume, no degree, and sweating as he admitted he had just gotten out of prison after serving 10 years for a mistake he made at 19 and begged for a chance, saying he would work harder than anyone because he had everything to lose, so thinking everyone deserved a second chance I hired him for an entry-level job, but he later murdered everyone at the company while I happened to call in sick that day, and now he’s on death row, teaching me a harsh management lesson that not everyone deserves a second chance.
