I just want the constant existential dread to fucking go away. Can we outrun the pain? Or are we the pain?

Is this really it? The wondrous adulthood they fucking promised. Full of ICE, and war, and suffering and mediocrity?

Where is the promised land of our youth? The promised utopia was built on lies and exploitation. The middle class dream is smashed and hopeless.

And to top it off, we are fucking here. Here of all places. We are here because we want to feel something again. To run away from the realities of the world and find something better. Something affirming for once. Something to help us feel seen.

So let’s ignore the horrors of the world for a moment or two and discover the wonders of each other.
