I don't think the death penalty is used enough.

Frankly I think there are more crimes than I can name off the top of my head right now at this very moment that should be punished with the death penalty.

Aggravated Assault by Racial Motivation being one of them, as a society we are trying to push a better idea of race nowadays, such as the schools teaching about Martin Luther King Jr, and trying to dismantle the prejudices that race is (well obviously) a social construct, and I think crimes of this nature should be treated more severely to be an example to the people that are burning with hatred for other ethnic groups.
