Help! Are we safe?

We had protected sex every Saturday of February, and her last period started on January 28-29 and last February 2-3. After our sex, I also do the balloon test of the condom and squeeze it to check for leaks or tears, but none of them have any holes. Sometimes, I didn’t ejaculate because she finished first, and only twice did I nearly ejaculate inside her and immediately pull it out, but the condom was still intact. Now, she doesn’t have a period yet, and she is expecting to have one on February 28 or March 2 or 3. But she felt light cramps that come and go and back pain on February 28, and she felt nearly vomiting but not an actual vomiting (we weren’t sure that was from her stomach acid). Now, I am getting anxious and stressed.
