Almost Heaven Sutton on Order Advice Needed

First and foremost I know that this is not Trumpkin approved and not really a sauna in many peoples eyes. I used to loved gym saunas after lifting and I workout at home now. I have a corner in my unfinished basement (floor above insulated) available so why not. I only have 90” height clearance and a lower budget so my options were limited on what I can even get.

Id like to try to make it as good as possible with the 6kw heater. I’ve read the Sutton posts on here and also the local mile link. Maybe the experts on here can chime in on the following:

1. can I mount the bench higher?
2. can the heater be mounted lower?
3. ideal spot/height to mount thermostat?
4. exhaust fan help? If so, best spot? Below bench?
5. fresh air inlet vent help? If so best spot? Below heater?
6. should I add insulation to the roof?
7. should I put anything down on the bare concrete floor below the sauna?
8. any other suggestions ?

Already bought the Ryker shorts.
