New Titan Evo owner. Backrest returns very slowly when seat base is angled
I just got my first Titan Evo chair, and I’m noticing something that seems a bit odd.
When I tilt the seat base upward (so the seat is at an angle) and recline the backrest all the way down, the backrest returns to the upright position extremely slowly. I actually have to push it forward with my hand to bring it back up.
However, when the seat base is flat/level, the backrest comes forward very quickly and normally.
Is this how the chair is supposed to work?
For reference, I already turned the tension knob underneath the chair all the way counter-clockwise.
Basically, I’d like to keep the seat base tilted upward while still being able to bring the backrest forward quickly when I want to get out of the chair. Am I doing something wrong it’s just how it works when base seat is in an angle?
