Nearly Passing Out after 1st Shot

I did my first shot of Test C 50ml today using a SubQ needle into my abdomen. About 5 seconds after pulling the needle out my vision went black and I nearly fainted... to be fair I've always hated needles. Did I do something wrong or with is just like first time shock?
