HMBC Response time

What is the response time on HMBC these days? For a while now it had been a reliable 7 days but I’m on day 9 now and no response. Any other way to contact them besides the internal message system? I’m kinda freaking out because I’m supposed to consult with them before applying for PNP and the timeline is getting tight!
