First Year FSAE EV HV Disconnect Placement & Junction Box Questions

First-year team working on our FSAE Electric car. We're stuck on the high voltage disconnect and junction box design.

• Battery pack is LOW - height constraint makes traditional HVD placement difficult

Specific questions:

1. What techniques are you using for the actual disconnect/reconnect mechanism? Just a connector pull, or something else?
2. Do you send power back and forth? (Charger to pack vs pack to controller) - how do you handle that with one disconnect point?
3. Battery pack height constraint have you dealt with packaging issues that forced you to relocate the HVD? Any workarounds?
