Questions about surgery aftercare

Hey all had 9 inch of my sigmoid colon removed two days ago got released back home today. Did a lot of walking in the hospital got transitioned to a regular diet.

5. Dr has me on 1000 mg of Tylenol and I’m not sure it’s enough.

6. Going straight back to a regular diet sounds too much did any of you just go straight back to normal food?

7. The soreness on the incision site where they pulled the 9inches out is sore as well as the drain plug any timeline when the soreness subsides

8. Did anyone get a leak after 3 days my surgeon said it was a textbook anastomosis and I shouldn’t worry but still

9. SPHINCTER SPASM is like knives going into my anus did any of you have this if so how do I help it. proctalgia fugax
