Recruitment Agency standard drop, not as professional as before.
Recently, the way they communicate with you is like, 'hey bro'. Instead of 'Hi', and spelling out their company name in full. It almost made me think they're scammers. They're unresponsive to whatsapp after you told them ok, we can talk now. After being not responsive, I even have to ask them again, 'so when are you available to speak?'
I've got another one who said that he's made an arrangement to wfh for 1 day. But when I went go the interview (very far location), they said that the agent didn't mention wfh. I didn't wanted this job in the first place but it was the 1 day wfh that made me go down to the far place. Wasted so much time travelling to and fro for nothing because of their miscommunication, or the agent lied to me about wfh.
Then that's another one, despite given the full details in my resume, they insist of rephrasing the job description and shorten it. Those details are important that's why I structured it that way to those working in my field to understand them. If they shorten it, to the hiring company, its like, this person only know how to do this and that but no other experiences.
Many years ago, agents wasn't like this.
