Question to my homeless homies
I’ve been reading on several different region city specific subs and I read quite frequently ts:
“Them junkies on the streets are doin too much around my apartment/block” like they are saying we trash gears or slouch nodding off stoops n sidewalks where there used to not be those things pre-pandemic.
Is it true? Post pandemic you guys hang around outside more spread out around city everywhere?
Is it cause homeless walk-ins n places like that have less ppl working since pandemic, budget cuts, etc. maybe also combined with more users and homeless ppl on the streets? And some broken glass theory type shit happening?
Maybe they're dead wrong but I have a feeling there's some truth to it. Just curious why in a sociology context that's happening yfm
I’m not homeless anymore and don’t live in the city I used to live in so I have much less context to go on
