Just a question..

I take the MNR at Greenwich nearly everyday and I noticed that the 6:37pm train is always late by 20 minutes every single time due to congestion. If this is a daily thing, why not just change the train schedule? I don’t take that train but I always see people bolting for the train just for them to find out that it’s late.
