How do rock stars stay married and monogamous?

Weird question. I recently started listening to Post Malone again after quite a few years. I was surprised to see he’s making country music now. Most popular country seems to be oriented to around family values and whatnot. I’d imagined he settled down a bit and started making different styles of music. Even Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran have settled down nowadays

That got me wondering, if many thirsty women are basically throwing themselves at rock stars, some of which who are married , do most of them really stay committed? Is there just an understanding that they’ll sleep with other people but always come home to you? Do they just mess around in private?
