Do my stock purchase approvals from iComply get reported to my manager? Or is there an easy way for him to get this data?

Basically the title! Lately I have been on a spree due to market volatility and am not doing day trading or derivatives. Am sticking to the rule of holding for 30 days too.

Just wondering if any of these activities are visible or can me made visible to my manager. If he comes to know could there be repercussions …e.g not focusing enough on office work?
