An item I received this week is not listed to review

I don't know if this has happened before and I missed it or if the fist time. Has this ever happened to anyone? It is nothing exciting - just some paper plates but they are not there waiting for review. I doublechecked the order to make sure I didn't pay for them by accident but the cost is $0.00 so it is odd.
