Is this a sign?

I am manifesting to go to this really good school(been manifesting for MONTHS). I keep seeing acceptance letters to the school and a dream that i got accepted into the school. I literally keep seeing angel numbers and i was watching a tv show and one of the characters was from the school(they mention it in the show). Also, i keep seeing videos like "you will recieve blessings" or miracles, good news will come your way, etc. Is this a sign?
