How do I stop being such an ass on stims

For a little background, I weigh around 140lbs 5’9 and I got almost no tolerance to methylphenidate.

So whenever I take a dose of methylphenidate or dexmethylphenidate aka focalin (around 2x more potent than regular Ritalin since the active isonomer) I get this feeling like I NEED to talk and not stop talking. This comes off as being a bitch and uninterested in the convo. It makes me feel like everyone is about to stop talking but they don’t.
