Is it weird to think even though I'm someone who can get dates on the apps, I still feel like the odds are so low meeting someone IRL I couldn't bother?

I (21M) will still go out with my friends out to places obviously, but it's from impression during those hangouts that the places I've regularly visited, which have mainly been two places; music festivals and hobby shops, most people, not even just women, give off major standoffish vibes, I honestly don't think it would be a matter of if he's charismatic and hot enough, like everyone just wants to be at the event with people they already know, not actually meet new people.
