How to enjoy the game

Genuinely is there any way to have fun playing this game. I took a 2 year break and just came back a few days ago, and already I have early disconnects every other match, and nearly half the time my team is winning, someone disconnects and we lose control and blow it in the last 30 seconds. I kinda hate the weapons in the third game, I had great mains in 2 but I keep floating around a million different weapons and so i am equally terrible at all of them. Nearly destroyed my switch after getting hardcore spawncamped and dying to inkjet and splatana “hits”that were miles away from where I was standing. For every good match there are 10 bad ones and I just want to have fun playing the game like i used to
