Question about parties

My boyfriend works for LUSH, and has recently mentioned that he will be doing parties more often. After I asked more questions, it seems he will be leading parties. But I didn't think that was something hourly employees did?

I was wondering if former or current staff could DM me (or post, if you like) about parties, because this seems like extra work at the same pay?

I may be misunderstanding this, I just would appreciate help so I can support my boyfriend!
