Nibbles/Cobbing

My dog loves to nibble on my husbands arms and legs because he has hair. It drives my husband insaaaane. Is there any good replacement I can give him? He sometimes nibbles on the top of a blanket, but he loves a man’s arm or leg.

I think it’s a nervous tick for him and calms him down so I feel bad saying no when he does it.
