Roles:

• Financial Advisor – You’ll assist clients with financial planning, offer insurance and investment solutions, and conduct online consultations. The work is output-based, so your schedule is flexible.
• Assistant Unit Manager (Leadership Track) – You’ll focus on recruiting and guiding advisors, helping manage a team, and supporting their growth. This role is ideal for those who are interested in leadership and team management.

Setup:

• WFH / Hybrid
• Flexible schedule (at least 2–3 hrs/day)
• Free Training provided
• With a qualifying exam

Requirements:

• 21–35 yrs old
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• PH-based
• Has internet + laptop/PC
• With SSS & TIN
• Willing to be trained and licensed

Compensation:

• Commission-based
• Possible ₱20k–₱30k+ weekly (depends on performance)
• ₱20k–₱100k bridging allowance (if qualified)
• Bonuses + travel incentives
