Evaded but didnt

Location: Michigan.

ok so was driving home from a CVS to home then the plan was to drop off medication and Razer home and go to work.

On my road I passed a Cop who didnt pull out and turned into my driveway, went to the back quick grabbed my dog, and went inside to piss. (plan was to piss then get back in car and go to work!)

In the bathroom I heard POUNDING on my door and went and opened front door and was immediately yanked out by 5 cops guns drawn screaming at me for evading.

Apparently the cop flashed his lights RIGHT before I turned into my driveway and by the time he got to my house I had already let my dog inside.

I say 4 days in jail until I got bonded out and have my court case in 3 weeks for a felony evading.

Im terrified as I have NOTHING on my record. I have a wife who works part time and our 12 year old daughter who was terrified while I was sitting in jail.

I never seen his lights not seen him when he showed up. Had I have seen him I would have waited in my driveway. (I have been pulled over in my driveway for an out taillight and did wait in my car.)

Im terrified im going to have to sit in jail for something I REALLY didnt do or at least mean to do. which would lead to eviction for my wife and daughter.

Like I said I seen the cop Parked on the side of the road and watched for him to pull out which he didnt so I focused on pulling in.

I was arrested in my work uniform and everything.
