Dry, itchy vagina?

Hi all. Came across this sub and very thankful for it!! For the past week or so I’ve been dealing with a dry/itchy vagina, sort of inside and at the very opening where I have my episiotomy scar (don’t think it’s the scar itself that’s itchy just best describes the area). It feels a bit sore to touch and wearing underwear is quite uncomfortable. Definitely not an STD, unsure if it’s thrush as I’ve got no weird smells/discharge, however I have recently come off my birth control (mini pill) so I’m unsure wether this could have an effect? I feel like I’m getting a LOT of discharge which is making everything very irritated.

It’s just driving me quite mad at this point, feels horrible to sit anywhere due to it being quite sensitive and I’ve been trying to use barrier creams which are no help really. Would love some advice!! Thank you!
