Navigating focus

i am told that they are putting me in focus giving the usual doc writing needed iteration, the lack in showing LP etc. ( HV3 previous rating). Reality : manager was forced to become an IC, skip : laid off, super skip : left. The new manager decided the ratings basis her understanding of my work which is zilch. Any suggestion/advice on how to navigate?

i am pretty sure she will not let me graduate even if she says so. The work deliverable given is at least 200% of anyone else is doing right now.
