Before starting I would like to say that I am not familiar with some of the hermits (mainly the ones who haven’t either played in MCC or the life series) and who they interact with most on the server and who they know outside so I tried my best with them. I didn’t take balancing too much into this since this is most definitely a more for fun event even for MCC standards. I also included every hermit which I think was confirmed that they are all playing, I’m not too sure on that. Finally, I made sure to have each team have 2 hermits at least so that none of them just felt like a normal MCC team with a hermit on it.

Red Rabbits

First of starting with the non-hermits. Martyn has been in the life series which includes a lot of hermits such as Rendog. Martyn and Ren also clearly love to work together since every life series they are both in, they have some kind of allyship. Martyn was also in the HermitCraft World Tour which was a big factor in what non-hermits I put in. Pete why not having been part of the world tour. He’s been part of Vault Hunters which included False, Ren, Etho, and Martyn. He’s also teamed with many hermits before and has teamed with Ren and Martyn in previous MCCs. Finally Doc. Doc obviously knows Ren from Hermitcraft and knows Martyn from guest appearances on Hermitcraft. I don’t know if him and Pete know each other, but seeing how Pete has interacted with Martyn and Ren, and Doc has interacted with Martyn and Ren, I think it’s fair to say the pairing should be just fine.

Orange Ocelots

Again starting with Hbomb and Oli, the non-hermits. Both of them have teamed with the hermits many times in MCC and both were part of the HermitCraft World Tour. Hbomb and Oli have also teamed together before in the past too. Hypno and Wels obviously both play on Hermitcraft so they would be close. They also chatted a lot in some early Season 8 Hermits Helping Hermits Streams. We once again in the situation that I’m gonna keep finding of do these people know each other that well. I do think the team works though. As stated before, both H and Oli were part of the World Tour, though Hypno and Wels weren’t odds are they at least agreed to having them on. Hbomb also has been great with helping new player learn MCC. He also really likes teaming with hermits. Plus with Oli being very close friends with some of the hermits I think the team will work out well.

Yellow Yaks

Jojo and Aimsey were once again both part of the World Tour and Jojo was on for a day to test out Impulse’s Metro Mayhem. Jojo and Aimsey have both teamed with False in past MCCs and False was the on who invited Aimsey to the World Tour. False and Joe are the two hermits and have worked on builds together before on the server so they should be good together. Now Joe with Jojo and Aimsey should also work. Joe was the organiser of the World Tour so he definitely had a say in who was part of it. I do think Joe’s vibes would mesh well with the rest of the team.

Lime Llamas

I mean it’s what a lot of people want. Fruit with Grian once again which is honestly the only reason I don’t think this team will happen just because of the reputation of them, but who cares. You got Grian, Scar, and Mumbo aka the Buttercups a very fun and iconic Hermitcraft trio. Fruit has teamed with Grian and Scar before and then you have Fruit and Mumbo which I see no reason why they wouldn’t be good together. Fruit has been great with every hermit he’s teamed with and who doesn’t love MumboJumbo.

Green Geckos

Hannah and Sausage like many others were both part of the HermitCraft World Tour. Hannah was invited by Jevin and has teamed with Pearl many times before. Sausage was also part of the HermitCraft Empires crossover. Pearl and Sausage were allies in the first season of Empires SMP. Now I am once again unsure on how well Sausage knows Jevin and Hannah, though they have all teamed with similar players so I see no issue with them interacting and teaming together.

Cyan Coyotes

Couriway once again someone from the World Tour with the hermit who invited them (Cub). Beef and Xb are very close friends on the server and they both obviously also friends with Cub. Now the issue is Xb and Beef knowing Couri. While with others if they don’t know the top frag on the team, it’s fine because the top frag has teamed with a lot of hermits and has played a lot of MCC, that’s not true of Couri. He’s only played a few MCCs, with only one of them being a non-twitch rivals one. He also hasn’t teamed with a single hermits. However I think him just being knowledgeable of the game, plus with him slowly getting better every MCC he’s played he should be able to help them team, plus seeing how he is as a leader/coach in Midoffs shows he can work well with people he doesn’t know.

Aqua Axolotls

Neither FBM or Beky were ever on the HermitCraft Server. However Xisuma has teamed with FBM before and so has Beky. Beky has been showed to work very well with a wide variety of creators and FBM has teamed with quite a lot of hermits. Beky has also been part of SMPs with hermits before. Xisuma and Keralis being long time hermits have been friends for years. FBM and Beky has been great with hermits and I see no reason why that would change with Keralis.

Blue Bats

I’ve seen this requested before, though I thought of the team before I saw anyone talking about it. 3/4 of the team is Hermitcraft and 4/4 is life series. They have all teamed countless times before in the life series. Etho and Bdubs are very close friends and Jimmy and Joel are very close friends. This would also hopefully give Bdubs an MCC he can have fun in.

Purple Pandas

This is basically Pride 25 Pink Parrots with Gem instead of Eloise. Gem has interacted and teamed with Cleo and Smajor before in MCC and the life series. I’m not 100% sure if Gem have or haven’t interacted before. Owen was on Empires as a guest in season 2 which Gem was also part of. I see no reason why they wouldn’t work well together though.

Pink Parrots

It’s ZITS. That’s all that’s needed to be said.
