Colonoscopy for younger people

Hey all I'm 30 and would like to get a colonoscopy. Occasionally I'd have blood in stool (probably from fissures) and some constipation, but I really don't want to take any chances. Anyone recommend a place for my age that won't be strict on age/referrals and how much did you guys pay with/without insurance. I am currently on UHC from my work plan. Also what did you do to get an appointment from start to finish (did you need a preliminary appointment etc)?
