Laptop Wi-Fi connection is so much slower than every other device?

Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH7H, Windows 11 is my device and operating system. I'm having an issue where on every other device I get about 300mbps, but on my laptop I get 10 or less. I've tried to fix this every way I can. I've downloaded the most recent drivers (the ones off the windows database or whatever it's called, about a year ahead of currently supported drivers), I've switched to the 6GHz band, I've disabled all offloads, I think I've tried doing possible thing in Device Manager, Settings, and Control Panel. Upon restarting my laptop I can go to about 150, but it drops to 10 upon booting up any games, sometimes it comes back to 150 some times it doesn't and stays at 10. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
