RG&E "Remaining Excess Generation" Net Metering 1 to 1 does it expire?
Does RG&E (Rochester Gas and Electric) roll over the "Remaining Excess Generation" indefinitely? The answer is not on their website. Just installed it myself in November. 36 Trina bifacial 600 watt panels with 18 APsystems DS3 Micro Inverters 880VA each. Mounted on a Sinclair tiltable ground mount
