I learned quickly how changing your perspective on something can really help ease up the stress/pain!!

I spoke to a friend who helped see the positive in all that has been happening and once I change the negative look … I will appreciate it all and be thankful I’m still good!!

Thankful to be alive!

1: I was in a bad car accident yesterday and my car was totaled and I walked away without a scratch!

\*I see now how lucky I am to have no injuries and say material things can be replaced! I’m irreplaceable! 🙏🏼

2: I was realizing that I was losing balance, walking was hard and my skin was so dry. I started throwing up one night and called 911 to send an ambulance bc I couldn’t stand up. I didn’t think of dehydration and after the IV did its magic, the doctor told me how important it is to drink water and especially during the winter!

Our bodies contain an average of 50% water! I now carry my water bottle everywhere I go🤘🏼

\* I could’ve fallen or lost consciousness at worse times. I now appreciate self-care SO much

\-I slipped on ice in a parking lot and landed on my butt and tailbone! My tailbone was a little sore and my butt was black and blue! My doctor said” that’s the best part of your body to fall on, you could’ve broken a bone or hit your head!🙌🏼

I thought I had the worst luck this year and I srsly cried over all these incidents … worrying what’s happening?!

Why me?!!

I now can say I am lucky… not unlucky!😊

A new perspective 🧐
