Slow hCG rise at 6–7 weeks — did it work out?

Looking for some reassurance/experiences with slower rising hCG.

LMP Jan 17 (regular cycles). Betas:

• 4w3d – 324

• 4w6d – 1,436

• 5w2d – 3,156

• 6w3d – 6,128

• 6w5d – 6,661

Early rise looked good but the last 2-day increase was small. I’m around 7 weeks now and have a scan tomorrow.

Has anyone had a slowdown around 6–7 weeks and still had a viable pregnancy?

I had a previous missed miscarriage (hCG plateaued at 68k at 8 weeks), so I’m extra anxious.
