I’m so confused

I sent in a huge bag and I just got an email that they’re processing some things, the brands I sent in we’re ineligible unfortunately but they still listed them, some still had tags on them, some were sets and they separated them and said they couldn’t list them…. I’m so confused. They listed part of the set but the other piece was fine?? THEYRE NEW WITH TAGS 🤨🤨🤨
