Quality drip - Chai rant

Slowly but surely they are weakening the quality of all their drinks and food items to cut costs.

This will not keep regulars or bring back new customers.

My friend and I love getting Chai lattes together on Wednesdays. The barista warned us they changed it. We both got refunds and different drinks.

What are they thinking?!
