Need help with drone under $300 (need good video quality)

I tried posting on the megathread from r/drones , but they're useless

I've been looking at the following drones:

1. Potensic ATOM SE GPS ($200)
2. Potensic ATOM 3-Axis Gimbal ($280)
3. DJI Mini 4K ($300)

For the price points, do you recommend one for a beginner?

I am looking for good video quality
