T/D not showing up A320neo

Hello,

I currently have this problem where my T/D doesn't calculate when I set up my MCDU. I don't see the white arrow on my map, it only shows in the PERF page of the MCDU, but the value shown makes no sense (it says T/D is in 300 miles when my destination is in 270 miles). This has happened multiple times leading me to just calculate it myself. Does anyone know how to set it up properly so that it shows?
