Bacolod birthday celebration

My partner and I have decided to celebrate her birthday by going to Bacolod for a couple of days. We will arrive around 7 PM on her exact date of birthday and I need help looking for a restaurant that is open late near San Sebastian Cathedral. I also wanted to get her a cake from Calea's however I couldn't seem to find any contact information/ social media that's currently active.

Other than what I have mentioned, what are must tried while in the city other than the ones that are popular? We're looking to get input from locals because for sure, you guys know better. We would love to experience authentic Bacolod cuisine and culture. Thank you everyone in advance.
