need advice

i left my old job (insane disorganized small family owned company) for a better paying job (that’s also family owned). today was my 2nd day full day (i was part time for about a week and a half so i could train with the girl who was leaving) and the owners had me go into their office to talk about how i didn’t schedule anyone (basically i call clients all day to try and schedule appointments with my boss who makes specific things; trying to keep it anonymous). they told me it’s insane that i didn’t schedule anyone my previous day (and i also wasn’t able to get anyone to take an appointment today, so i will most likely get another talking to tomorrow). they asked me if i really wanted this etc., should i just wait to get fired? idk what to do i know the job market is HORRIBLE
