Diamond Exchange Discussion Mega-Thread
This is the official diamond exchange discussion thread!
Use this post for sharing updates, comparing experiences, helping each other, venting, and anything else related to this topic.
However, please be mindful of the following:
- Whilst it’s ’the same app’, AliEx operates very differently per region, making user experience extremely varied. This means your individual experience is not invalidated by another’s.
- Ali is a capitalist company, and capitalism works by making people miserable in order to get you buy stuff to “improve your life”. If you’re frustrated, that’s what they want. The best thing you can do is stop giving them your time and money.
- The credits exchange/redeeming process is known to be frustrating and near impossible for most, and whilst I allow venting and commiserating, that does not include argumentative behaviour. (Aka don't break Rule 5!)
- Success stories are welcome! If you are someone who can't handle seeing other's good fortune, then just scroll past - don't be a downer and make it about you. Its important to be able to share the good and the bad!
