DoorDash Support nightmare

So this was a nightmare of a delivery. I live in New York where there is seasonal roads and snow still on the ground with a shit box car that gets stuck if there is too much snow. I take this order that promised to pay at least 40+ (which it ended up not paying that much) to an area that gets a decent amount of snow. The drop off was in a neighborhood that had seasonal roads and my car got stuck on the road, so I had let the customer know and called DoorDash support to tell them to unassign me from the other order I had because my car had gotten stuck in the snow. The support had asked if I had done anything to get my car unstuck and I said anything I could do, then asked if I had called the police to help. My exact words were “we live in New York, I don’t want to call the police because they won’t do anything” and had very explicitly told support that I didn’t want the cops to be called. The support person asked a few more questions and then put me on hold saying they were going to get more support, and the next thing I know a 911 dispatcher asks me my location and if I need police fire or medical. I said “maybe police but I didn’t call you guys doordash did and I don’t think I need them to come out, my car is just stuck” but they continued with the process and sent the cops out anyway, and by the time the cop got there I told him “I’m gonna be honest, I don’t know why DoorDash called you here I was going to call triple A and get it towed out myself” but the officer at that point told the the tow truck was already on it’s way and we can’t leave my car in the middle of the road. The tow truck gets my car out and goes to me “okay is that cash or card?” So I ask how much it was and they said “270” now I am a student that’s main source of income is doordash so 270 is not money I have, and the tow truck driver said basically I pay now or they keep my car, so I had to borrow the money which pissed off the person I borrowed from too. I call DoorDash support again to complain to them and try to get a reimbursement since it was their fault and they basically told me no because they can’t control the cops calling a tow truck, which pissed me off because I wasn’t even the one to call the cops. Now I’m out 270 that I don’t have and I can’t even do more orders until I return the second order I was supposed to do. I’m almost at the point of finding a lawyer and seeing if I have a case.
