Making close female friends as a male without them getting the wrong idea?

Obviously we're all just people at the end of the day, and i know how to treat people with basic decency, but i feel like alot of girls are guarded now due to dudes who have ulterior motives. i'm not really looking for a relationship nor would be able to if i was due to my current life situation. and it doesn't help that i have pretty bad social anxiety that causes me to overthink what people think of me when the friendship is new.

I have a couple female friends already, but one is extremely tomboyish and has that "one of the boys" type energy and can be a bit prickly at times, and the other is a mutual that i don't see too often and we're not close.

My reasons are pretty simple really. 1, I simply like diversity in my relationships as they all add a unique element to my life, i have friends who are in the LGBTQ, who live in entirely different countries online, etc. learning about other people and how they tick is always nice.

2, I have alot of girly interests that my friends obviously support because they're not bastards lol, but i don't really have anybody who can relate or i can engage with those things.

and 3, Women naturally seem to be more emotionally available which as an introvert, is something i strive for in all of my friendships.

Thanks for reading, any and all advice is welcome! :)
