Reclyne.io: Access Dutch IT Contracts as a Global Recruiter (5–10 EUR per Hour Ongoing, 100k+ Monthly Payouts)

Hey everyone,

I’m Jonathan, founder of Reclyne.io, and I’m excited to share what we’re building.

Reclyne is a B2B platform designed to make Dutch IT contracts accessible for recruiters and staffing businesses worldwide. The Netherlands has a strong contract market, but from outside the country it can be tough to break in without the right access and local context. Reclyne is the bridge.

How it works
You source and send strong candidate profiles
From that point on, we pick it up on the Netherlands side: we handle the market specific process, client alignment, and move the profile forward as far as possible
You stay in the loop, but you do not need to build a Dutch network from scratch

Language note
Dutch teams generally speak English very well. Even when contracts are labeled “Dutch speaking,” it is often a preference rather than a strict requirement. If the profile is strong, we can frequently confirm flexibility or position candidates for English first teams.

Earnings
If a candidate is placed, partners typically earn around 5–10 EUR per hour for as long as the contract runs. The average contract length is about 10 months. No guarantees of course, it depends on the role and the placement, but that is the typical model.

Early traction
We launched about 3 months ago and we’re already doing 100k+ in payouts per month to partners.

Who this is for
Recruitment agencies and solo recruiters placing IT talent
Sourcing DevOps, Data, Security, Cloud, Software Engineering, and similar profiles
Businesses that want to expand into the Dutch market step by step

Not for
End candidates looking for jobs directly
Paper or report writing services
Anything ethically dubious

If you want to check it out: reclyne.io
If you comment your niche and country (example: “Data Engineering, Spain”), I’ll point you to the best fit opportunities or tell you honestly if it’s not a match yet.

Happy to answer questions in the comments.
